KPI Ties to Buyer Interest
A key performance indicator (KPI) for our consumer-facing site is the number of weekly emails sent to consumers who have signed up to receive new listing and open house alerts. From this metric we can infer a level of buyer interest, which reflects current market conditions. This week, www.OneKeyMLS.com DELIVERED a total of 51,658 listing and open house alerts to thousands of consumers who created profiles and saved searches.
This group of consumers is looking to get the edge over the competition by signing up for instant alerts to be the first to know about new listings and open houses for their areas of interest.
Exceeding the weekly 50,000 mark is a milestone for OneKeyMLS.com, the highest number of consumer alerts delivered since the site's launch in June 2020. Tricia Chirco, SVP of Marketing and Communications for OneKey MLS said, "This is potentially foretelling a turning point for the market. Notwithstanding the interplay between mortgage rates and home prices, this could be a sign that buyer interest has returned."
